Ajax Midfielder Davy Klaassen is on the cusp of finalizing his transfer to Inter Milan. So how much is going to collect during his stay at Appiano Gentile?
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport via FcInterNews, the Dutchman will sign a one-year contract with the Nerazzurri with an option for another season.
The 30-year-old will reportedly collect 1.5 million euros as net wages per year.
The Netherlands international arrived in Milano this morning to conclude the operation. He will be the final piece of Simone Inzaghi’s midfield jigsaw.
The experienced midfielder is a youth product of Ajax. He had foreign stints at Everton and Werder Bremen before returning to the Amsterdam-based giants in 2020.

While his contract with the Dutch club still ran for another season, Ajax agreed to rescind it as a sign of gratitude for the player, thus waiving their right to any recompensation.
This will allow him to complete a free transfer to Inter on deadline day. The former Everton man will provide additional depth in the middle of the park.
The department already includes the likes of Hakan Calhanoglu, Nicolo Barella, Davide Frattesi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan. They’re all vying for three starting spots in Inzaghi’s 3-5-2 formation.
