Inter Milan have officially struck a new partnership deal with U-Power. The latter will become the club’s back shirt sponsor.

The footwear company is already the main shirt sponsor for fellow Serie A club Monza. It also holds the naming rights of the club’s stadium.

The new sponsor picked the right time to finalize the deal with the Nerazzurri since we’re on the eve of the Derby della Madonnina.

Therefore, U-Power will appear for the first time on an Inter jersey when the Beneamata take on their crosstown Rivals AC Milan on Saturday. This will be a much-anticipated clash between the two Serie A leaders.

The club announced the four-year partnership through an official statement released on its website.

“Italian leading premium clothing and shoes for labour company U-Power has become FC Internazionale Milano’s new Official Back Jersey Partner,” reads the statement.
