Inter Milan and Yann Sommer bounced back from defeat against Sassuolo by beating Salernitana 4-0.

It was Nerazzurri captain Lautaro Martinez who proved to be the decisive influence.

The Argentine didn’t start the match. However, he was the scorer of all four of Inter’s goals in a blazing second half.

That, along with another Serie A clean sheet, ensured that the Nerazzurri took three vital points to go top of the table again.

Inter Milan goalkeeper Yann Sommer celebrated the win on Instagram.

He wrote, “Great mentality – Big W and a clean sheet.”
