Inter Milan have lodged a lawsuit against Zytara Labs for missed payments in relation to the two parties’ previous sponsorship collaboration.

Today, the club is holding its annual shareholders meeting. Therefore, the Nerazzurri have released several documents containing financial details and insights.

According to FcInterNews, one of the documents revealed that Inter have filed a lawsuit against Zytara Labs at the court of Milan.

The agreement between the two parties saw the club adopting DigitalBits as its main shirt sponsor in the previous campaign.

However, the company failed to meet the deadlines and pay due installments in due time. Thus, the Serie A giants decided to drop the logo from the jersey in April 2023.

Eventually, the Nerazzurri picked up a deal with Paramout+ who replaced DigitalBits as their primary shirt sponsor.

Nevertheless, Inter are still seeking remuneration. Therefore, the club filed a legal complaint against Zytara Labs requesting 29.75 million euros. This figure includes missed payments along with various financial damages caused by the defendant.

In the 2023/24 campaign, the Nerazzurri started their campaign with Paramount+ as their new official partner, along with U-Power.

Moreover, Nike remains the club’s longtime kit manufacturer. Their partnership began in 1998 and their current deal runs until 2031.
