Midfielder Bryan Cristante will definitely start for Roma in tomorrow evening’s Serie A match away to Inter Milan.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report that the 28-year-old is one of a couple players who are virtually certain to start the match along with Romelu Lukaku.
Roma coach Jose Mourinho has a number of decisions to make in terms of his starting lineup for tomorrow’s match.
The Giallorossi boss is not helped by some key players being out with injuries. Among them are forward Paulo Dybala and midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini.
And according to Sky, Mourinho still has quite a few doubts.
But at the same time, there are some players who the Portuguese coach already knows for certain he is going to trust from the start.
Bryan Cristante Will Definitely Start For Roma Vs Inter
Midfielder Cristante is one player who will start against the Nerazzurri.
The Italian international is a key man for the Giallorossi in big matches. He provides a strong defensive presence in the centre of the pitch.
In some recent matches, Cristante has played in the centre of defense.
The absence of defender Chris Smalling through injury has necessitated this.
However, Sky reports, tomorrow evening Cristante will play in midfield.
The question of who plays alongside the former Atalanta midfielder is less certain however.
Edoardo Bove, Leandro Paredes, and Houssem Aouar will all be vying for starting shirts in midfield. According to Sky, the form that Bove has been in recently could mean that the 21-year-old starts.
And in attack, there is absolutely no question that Lukaku will start.
Partnering the Belgian, Sky anticipate, Stephan El Sharaaway is likelier than Andrea Belotti to start.
Sky’s complete predicted Roma starting eleven to face Inter tomorrow is as follows:
Roma (3-5-2): Rui Patricio; Mancini, Llorente, Ndicka; Karsdop, Cristante, Paredes, Bove, Zalewski; Lukaku, El Shaarawy.
