Inter Milan Corporate CEO Alessandro Antonello has officially announced the beginning of a new commercial partnership with Qatar Airways.

Speaking via the club’s official site, Antonello called the deal to make the Middle Eastern airline the Nerazzurri’s Official Airline Partner a “confirmation of the growing appeal of our brand.”

A couple of days ago, Inter confirmed that they have reached an agreement on a commercial deal with Qatar Airways.

This followed quite a few days of speculation that it would only be a matter of time before making that partnership official.

What the club have not officially announced is the status of any talks for the airline to become the main shirt sponsor starting next season.

There have, however, been rumours of exactly that.

Recent reports have suggested that Qatar Airways could become Inter’s new main shirt sponsor for the start of the 2024-25 campaign.

This season, US-based streaming service are the club’s main shirt sponsor.

However, that deal only runs until the end of next June. Therefore, the Nerazzurri will have to either extend that deal, or find a new main shirt sponsor for next season.
