Inter Milan starlet Lucien Agoume has officially completed his transfer from Inter Milan to Sevilla.

The Spanish side announced the move through a statement published on the club’s official website.

The Andalusians confirmed the signing of the young Frenchman on loan with an option to buy the player.

The 21-year-old has been starving for playing time this season after finding himself at the very bottom of Simone Inzaghi’s pecking order. Seven players were ahead of him in the hierarchy.

Therefore, Agoume only managed to make a solitary appearance this season. It was a late cameo in the 4-0 victory over Salernitana at the Arechi Stadium in Salerno.

The France U21 international joined the Nerazzurri in the summer of 2019 after starting his career at Sochaux.

He spent the last three campaigns on loan at Spezia, Brest, and Troyes respectively. While the club tried to find him a new accommodation in the summer, a move never quite materialized.

But in recent weeks, Olympique Marseille and Sevilla had been vying for his services. But it was the Andalusians who succeeded in luring in the player.

Sevilla Sign Lucien Agoume From Inter Milan On Loan With An Option To Buy

We shall see if the serial Europa League winners will decide to maintain Agoume on a permanent basis at the end of the season or send him back to Appiano Gentile.

According to FcInter1908, Sevilla would have to pay the Serie A leaders around 8 million euros to buy the Frenchman.

Nevertheless, Inter have reportedly inserted a buy-back in the agreement with the Spanish club.
