The San Siro is set for an electric atmosphere in this evening’s Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Juventus.

Today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, highlight the plans for elaborate tifos and a pre-match laser show to top off what would already be an intense stadium.

The San Siro wouldn’t need much help generating an intense atmosphere for a match like this evening’s.

The clash between Inter and Juventus promises to be one of the most important for both teams’ seasons.

One point separates the Nerazzurri and the Bianconeri at the top of the Serie A table.

Therefore, the air is that of a title-decider. On top of the fact that the Derby d’Italia between these two bitter rivals is always one of Italian football’s showpiece fixtures.

So the crowd will be surely to be a molten one.

But there will be more than just that to create an atmosphere, the Gazzetta reports.

Laser Shows & Elaborate Tifos Planned For San Siro Ahead Of Inter Vs Juventus

The San Siro will be graced by a laser show ahead of this evening, sponsored by Inter’s commercial partner Qatar Airways.

And in the crowd, Nerazzurri ultras group the Curva Nord have similarly big plans.

The Nord will be displaying a massive and elaborate tifo not just in their usual north stand. The tifo will be visible in all three tiers of the San Siro, the Gazzetta reports.

And the club will distribute black-and-blue scarves to fans entering the stadium.

This will ensure a firmly partisan atmosphere for this edition of the Derby d’Italia favouring the Nerazzurri.

There will be four thousand Juventus supporters travelling to support their own team as well.

Subsequently, the San Siro is sold out.

Matches between Inter and Juventus rarely need much encouragement to sell out, but the additional stakes have made absolute sure that there won’t likely be one single empty seat.
