Carlos Augusto, Marko Arnautovic, and Davy Klaassen should all be part of a heavily-rotated Inter Milan starting eleven against Salernitana.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.

On the one hand, Inter will certainly not want to underestimate Salernitana or take anything for granted from this Friday’s Serie A clash at the San Siro.

Even a team at the bottom of the table like the Granata have the capacity to get a shock result.

And if anything, the Campanians’ dire situation in the relegation battle will give them additional motivation.

But the fact remains that Inter will know they are the big favourites. And they now have a sizable advantage over title rivals Juventus to give them further confidence.

Moreover, there is the upcoming Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid to think about.

After a couple months without European football, Inter are back to balancing their Scudetto charge with their pursuit of another final in Europe’s top club competition.

Augusto, Arnautovic & Klaassen To Come Into Inter Starting XI Vs Salernitana

In view of all this, Tuttosport anticipate, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is ready to make quite a few changes.

The 47-year-old has gone with his strongest possible team against Juventus and Roma.

But Inter have a big squad, and plenty of players capable of refreshing the team and giving some key starters a rest.

One player who will sit out Friday’s match from the start is wingback Federico Dimarco. It will be Brazilian former Monza man Carlos Augusto who starts in his place on the left flank.

Meanwhile, striker Arnautovic should take the place of one of Lautaro Martinez or Marcus Thuram.

In defense, Stefan de Vrij will start in the middle of the back three. Francesco Acerbi will miss Friday’s match through injury.

And then Yann Bisseck could replace one of Alessandro Bastoni or Benjamin Pavard in the lineup.

Meanwhile, in midfield Davy Klaassen will likely receive his second ever start in Serie A, taking the place of Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

The Dutchman’s other start also came against Salernitana.
