The Italian FA want clarity regarding the stadium situation of Inter Milan and AC Milan in the city of Milan.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.

The stadium situation in Milan remains up in the air.

At the moment, it looks clear that Inter are pursuing plans in the commune of Rozzano. And their city rivals are doing so in San Donato.

But at the same time, there is always room for more twists.

For one thing, there is the Mayor Of Milan Beppe Sala, who is still trying to convince the two clubs to stay in the San Siro.

The Mayor is working on a project that would see renovations to the iconic stadium that would meet the clubs’ needs.

Meanwhile, there is also the possibility that Inter and Milan could work together.

The clubs had been aiming to build a new stadium to replace the San Siro that they would play in together. Then, they went their separate ways.

But that does not necessarily mean that the clubs could not work together again.

Rossoneri owner Gerry Cardinale recently confirmed that he reached out to Inter and would be willing to consider having the two clubs build a new stadium together.

Italian FA Want Clarification On Inter & AC Milan Stadium Situation

The stadium situation does not just concern the clubs, however.

In eight years, Italy will be hosting matches for the Euros.

Italy and Turkey will be the joint hosts of EURO 2032.

And that means that the country must have its infrastructure ready for that tournament.

Given that Milan will be hosting matches at that tournament, the Italian FA wants to have things in order regarding the venues for matches in that city.

That means that the FA is not keen to wait for more endless delays and changes of plan.

The Italian FA wants clarity as soon as possible on the future of the stadium situation in Milan.
