Luca Pairetto will be the referee for Saturday evening’s Serie A match between Bologna and Inter Milan.

This is confirmed by the Lega Serie A, who officially announce the officiating crews for every match in the upcoming round of fixtures, via FCInterNews.

This Saturday, Inter travel to Emilia-Romagna to face Bologna in Serie A.

The match will pit first in the table against fourth.

Inter are the team flying high at the summit in the Italian top flight. The Nerazzurri currently enjoy a whopping fifteen-point advantage over their closest rivals Juventus.

Inter have won all twelve of their matches across all competitions since the start of 2021.

But Bologna will not be straightforward opposition by any means as the Nerazzurri look to make it thirteen and take one more step towards the Serie A title.

The Rossoblu have been one of the surprise packages this season in Serie A.

Playing under the coaching of former Inter and Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Thiago Motta, Bologna have gained themselves a place in the Champions League spots, which is no less than they deserve.

Bologna came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 in the reverse fixture at the San Siro. They also knocked Inter out of the Coppa Italia in a round of sixteen clash that went to extra time.

Bologna will have ample motivation in Saturday’s match.

After all, the likes of Atalanta and Roma are breathing down the Emilians’ neck as they aim to hold onto their spot in fourth.
