Lautaro Martinez and Hakan Calhanoglu both got on the scoresheet in their last international friendlies of the break.
The goals admittedly came in different circumstances.
For Martinez, the Nerazzurri captain scored in a 3-1 win for Argentina over Costa Rica. This goal took the Martinez into the Albiceleste’s all-time top ten goalscorers.
Meanwhile, Calhanoglu scored from the penalty spot to equalize for Turkey in the first half against Austria.
However, Turkey conceded five goals after that to lose the match 6-1.
