The Nerazzurri return to Serie A action from the international break. And they will be hoping for three points so that they can take another step towards the title.
On paper, Empoli will hardly be the toughest opponent for Inter.
But the Nerazzurri certainly will not be underestimating the Tuscans. They lost against Empoli at the San Siro last season.
Moreover, Empoli will have all the motivation in the world to try and get a shock result. They are currently just one point clear of the relegation zone in the Serie A table.
So Inter will have to be at their best mentally, physically, technically, and tactically. The squad are working hard in training.
