Inter Milan’s Serie A title-winning machine continued at the same relentless pace with their victory over Udinese.

Today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, highlight the fact that the Nerazzurri yet again found the solution to take three points and another step towards the Scudetto.

Inter have now won both of their matches since the return from the international break.

The Nerazzurri have played thirteen matches in the league since the start of 2024. And they have dropped just two points in total.

Any hint that a draw against Napoli before the international break was going to sent Inter off course after their long winning run seems to have vanished.

Inter Serie A Title Winning Machine Remains Relentless Vs Udinese

Inter have won matches in a variety of ways in 2014.

Early in the spring there was a string of emphatic 4-0 victories that really showed the Nerazzurri’s dominance.

But the last couple of matches have not quite had that same dynamic.

Against Empoli last week, Inter needed a gritty performance to hold onto a clean sheet. Then, two goals were enough to seal a convincing win.

And against Udinese yesterday, it was even tougher for the Nerazzurri.

Inter went behind at the end of the first half. A mix-up at the back allowed a Lazar Samardzic shot to roll into the net, giving Udinese a lead that hardly reflected the run of play.

That gave Inter work to do from the start of the second half.

But Inter more or less picked up where they left off in the first half.

The Nerazzurri dominated possession, and worked the ball around methodically to create chances.

It was only in stoppage time that the decisive one arrived. Davide Frattesi tapped the ball into an empty net after a Lautaro Martinez shot hit the post.

But the overall performance had made it so that it was only a matter of time.
