Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi believes he and his players will forever be bonded by the club’s second star.
The 48-year-old guided the club towards its 20th Serie A title last season, thus unlocking the coveted second star.
The Nerazzurri dominated the league campaign from start to finish, leaving their chasers in the dust.
They eventually secured the title with five rounds to spare after beating AC Milan in a historic edition of the Derby della Madonnina.
This sparked wild celebrations among the Nerazzurri faithful.
This evening, Inter players, directors and coaches attended the premiere of a movie titled “Inter. Due Stelle sul cuore”. This film is based on the events of last season which eventually led to the Scudetto triumph.
For his part, Inzaghi admitted that watching the action again evoked some emotions within him.
The Piacenza native gave the bulk of the credit to his players who worked hard to achieve this great feat.
“I admit that I’m emotional,” said the former Lazio coach as published on the official Inter website.
“In football, it’s not right to live on memories, but it’s also not right to forget.

Inzaghi first joined the Nerazzurri in the summer of 2021 as a replacement for Antonio Conte.
