The AIA has appointed Juan Lucca Sacchi as the match official for the Serie A encounter between Udinese and Inter Milan.
The Zebrette will host the Nerazzurri at the Bluenergy Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Both clubs will be looking to bounce back from their respective first defeats to Roma and AC Milan last weekend.
The Friulians are currently third in the Serie A table with 10 points from five rounds. Simone Inzaghi’s men find themselves in a disappointing sixth place with eight points.
According to FcInterNews, Sacchi will be the referee in charge of the action in Friuli.
As the source explains, the 39-year-old will be officiating an Inter Milan match for the fifth time in his career.
Curiously, his first time in charge of a Nerazzurri contest was also an encounter against Udinese. The clash took place at San Siro on October 31, 2021. Simone Inzaghi’s men prevailed by two unanswered goals thanks to Joaquin Correa’s brace.
Overall, Inter registered two wins and two draws in contests involving Sacchi.

This season, the Treia native has officiated two previous Serie A contests. The first was Parma’s shocking 2-1 win over AC Milan at the Ennio Tardini Stadium.
The second is the back-and-forth clash between Atalanta and Fiorentina which ended in La Dea’s 3-2 victory.
Sacchi showed the yellow cards on eight occasions in his two Serie A outings this term. However, he has yet to dismiss a player or award a spot-kick.
