Davide Frattesi is ready to make his return for Inter Milan in tomorrow evening’s Serie A match against Fiorentina.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews. They also report that there will be four Nerazzurri players out of the squad with injury for the clash at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

Tomorrow evening, Inter take on Fiorentina in Tuscany.

With the Nerazzurri and La Viola level on points at the top end of the table, there is a real sense that tomorrow’s match could have title implications.

And for Inter coach Simone Inzaghi, there is some mixed news as far as player fitness ahead of such an important match.

Davide Frattesi Ready To Return For Inter In Serie A Clash Vs Fiorentina

The most positive piece of news for Inzaghi concerns midfielder Frattesi.

The 25-year-old missed out on Inter’s Champions League clash with RB Leipzig in midweek. This was due to a slight knee problem he picked up in training.

However, Sky reports, Frattesi has put that knock behind him.

The Italian international is back in training and ready to be in the squad tomorrow.

On the other hand, four players will miss out, Sky reports.

First of all, Benjamin Pavard will be on the sidelines for a few weeks with a thigh strain.

Meanwhile, Francesco Acerbi is just coming back from a thigh problem of his own. But tomorrow will be too early for the 36-year-old to make his return.

Lastly, Sky reports, Carlos Augusto and Raffaele Di Gennaro will also miss out due to injuries they picked up in training.
