Torino are pushing to sign Inter Milan wingback Tajon Buchanan on loan.

This according to Italian outlet FCInterNews, who report that tomorrow will be the decisive day in the Granata’s efforts to sign the Canadian international.

Buchanan leaving Inter on loan this month has emerged as a real possibility.

Canada national team coach Jesse Marsch admitted that Buchanan in fact told him that he wants to join a club where he’ll get more playing time.

Therefore, there are a few days left in the January transfer window to find a solution.

FCIN confirm that it is Torino who have shown the strongest interest in Buchanan.

The Piedmontese club could represent a fairly logical solution.

Buchanan would have the chance to remain in Serie A. But he would also receive more playing time.

FCIN note that Torino would be aiming to sign Tajon Buchanan as a left-winback.

On the right flank, the Granata have both Marcus Pedersen and Valentin Lazaro. Both have been in good form.

But on the left, Borna Sosa has struggled for consistency. Therefore, Buchanan would certainly have a good chance of competing with the Croat for the starting spot.

FCIN report that tomorrow should be the decisive day.

Torino will hold a round of talks with Inter. They will aim to really get the move for Buchanan over the line.
