Serie A champions Inter Milan are reportedly on the brink of handing teenage sensation Matteo Spinacce a new contract.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio via FCInterNews, the young gun should soon put pen to paper on a new long-term deal.
The 18-year-old striker is a star in the making.
Despite still waiting for a call from Simone Inzaghi, he has been making strides with the Primavera squad.
Indeed, Spinacce has racked up seven goals in 23 league appearances for Andrea Zanchetta’s side.
Furthermore, he has added four in six Youth League outings, establishing himself as the team’s most prolific player.

Spinacce’s current contract at the San Siro runs out at the end of the season.
However, Inter Milan have no intention of letting the youngster’s deal expire.

On the contrary, they’re close to renewing it.
Spinacce’s stellar exploits for Inter’s youth team haven’t gone unnoticed.
Indeed, several domestic and foreign clubs have set their sights on the up-and-coming center-forward.
But Inter are seemingly keen to put a definite stop to potential transfer rumors by extending his contract.
