Serie A relegation fighters Como are eager to retain Nico Paz despite facing interest from Inter Milan and Arsenal.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, Cesc Fabregas’ charges ‘have the means’ to keep the 20-year-old beyond the summer.

However, that scenario looks far-fetched.

When Como agreed Paz’s arrival from Real Madrid last summer, they left a backdoor open for Los Blancos to recapture the Argentine.

Indeed, La Liga’s reigning holders can re-sign Nico Paz for only €9 million at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Arsenal and Inter are lurking in the shadows.

Inter would onboard him as a replacement for Marko Arnautovic and Joaquin Correa.
