Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck talked to the press after tonight’s Coppa Italia home victory against Lazio.
Speaking to InterTV via FCInterNews, Bisseck hailed the team’s strength and opened up on his ambitions ahead of the Napoli clash.
Yann Bisseck returned to the starting line-up after dropping to the bench in recent Serie A matches.
Indeed, Benjamin Pavard’s recovery has limited his game time at the San Siro.
However, that hasn’t derailed his spirits, as witnessed by this evening’s spotless performance.
Bisseck helped Inter secure a second consecutive clean sheet as the Nerazzurri thumped Lazio 2-0.
Meanwhile, Marko Arnautovic returned to the scoresheet with a stunning strike to open the scoring.
Hakan Calhanoglu put the final nail in Lazio’s coffin from the spot in the 77th minute to seal Inter’s well-deserved win.
As a result, the reigning Scudetto holders will meet AC Milan in a two-legged semi-final tie.
Yann Bisseck Hails Inter Milan Strength After Lazio Win
“For us, this is a great win – we want to win in every competition,” Bisseck admitted after the match.
“We played a great game defensively, and I’m happy. In every match, we need to stay focused for 95 minutes, and today we did well.

“It was a great performance for us.
“We know we are a very strong team, and it doesn’t matter who plays. We are solid, and other teams struggle to score against us.
“Personally, I think I had a good game.”
However, Bisseck expects a far more challenging contest this weekend.
Inter will put their Serie A title hopes on the line against Antonio Conte’s Napoli.
“We’re happy with the win, but Saturday’s match against Napoli will be completely different,” Bisseck added.
“We’re prepared, and if we do things right, we can win.”
Lazio were better, why lie to yourself? Maybe Bisseck was only talking about himself, he did hve a good match, but we are lucky we won!
To be honest this is one of the stupidest manager in lazio history your midfield very weak especially with ghandouzi play with rovella and the new Moroco guy and del bashiro or even Gila
Ghandouzi could not get ball back from opposition players or play with head or even if you think he like liverani or veron etc he doesn’t know how to pass ball to the attacker always go back to hos goalkeeper and no passing forward
If i am managing this team i would get more results with them
Ghandouzi playing every game and he is the worst in the team that is make me wondering what the type of relationship between him and Baroni
