Inter Milan beat Lazio 2-0 in their Coppa Italia quarter-final clash at the San Siro on Tuesday night to set up a semi-final tie against AC Milan.

Marko Arnautovic and Hakan Calhanoglu were on the scoresheet as Simone Inzaghi toppled his former employers.

As a result, Inter will contest the Coppa Italia semi-finals for the 30th time, with only Juventus bettering that record.

Yann Bisseck forged a wall in front of Josep Martinez’s goal to keep Lazioi at bay.

After the game, he took to Instagram to celebrate the win, stating: “An important step forward, but job not done.”
