Joaquin Correa will start in attack for Inter Milan in this evening’s Serie A match against bottom-of-the-table Monza.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They report that Nerazzurri captain Lautaro Martinez will get a rest.
Inter Milan take on Monza in Serie A this evening.
On paper, it will hardly be the toughest outing that the Nerazzurri have. The Brianzoli are currently rooted to the bottom of the table, and in awful form in the league.
However, Inter will hardly be underestimating the difficulty of this evening’s match.
Particularly considering that Monza got a 2-2 draw in the reverse meeting at the start of the season. In fact, the Brianzoli have proven a bit of a bogey fixture for their Lombard rivals Inter.
Therefore, the Gazzetta report, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi will aim to put out a strong starting eleven.
Joaquin Correa To Start Inter Milan Vs Monza Serie A Showdown
There will however be one notable change in attack for Inter this evening, reports the Gazzetta.
The newspaper report that Nerazzurri captain Lautaro Martinez will get a rest.

Starting in place of the 27-year-old will be his fellow Argentine international Joaquin Correa.
Joaquin Correa has hardly been a regular in the Inter starting eleven this season. However, he has had his opportunities.
The 30-year-old former Lazio and Sampdoria forward has started against the likes of Hellas Verona and Genoa in Serie A already this season.
