Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has decided to start Marko Arnautovic in attack against Monza. This evening’s Serie A matchday 28 clash kicks off at 20.45 CET.

But the Brianzoli will hardly be an easy opponent despite their dreadful form and table position. They got a point from the reverse fixture, and have proven something of a bogey team for Inter in recent seasons.
Marko Arnautovic Gets The Nod In Attack
Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has made just a couple changes to the team that beat Feyenoord 2-0 in midweek.
Josep Martinez keeps his place in goal, therefore. However, Yann Sommer is back available on the bench.
Then, in defense it is the same back three that started against Feyenoord. Therefore, Benjamin Pavard, Stefan de Vrij, and Francesco Acerbi start.
Meanwhile, the wingback pairing of Denzel Dumfries and the out-of-position Alessandro Bastoni also start once again.
That is partly the result of an injury crisis.
All of Matteo Darmian, Nicola Zalewski, and Federico Dimarco are unavailable. Carlos Augusto has returned from a calf knock, but is only on the bench, meanwhile.
In midfield, though, there are two changes. Subsequently, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Hakan Calhanoglu take the place of Piotr Zielinski and Kristjan Asllani.
Therefore, they complete the midfield trio alongside Nicolo Barella.
Lastly, a notable change comes in attack. Therefore, Marko Arnautovic makes his third start of the season for Inter – replacing Marcus Thuram alongside Lautaro Martinez.

A game that should’ve been walk in the park against a bottom team with only 8 points we had to use all our strength to win. Lauti dumfries chala Barella bastoni played the whole game which means atleast two of them won’t start against Feyenoord. Important that we won but we can’t be struggling like this if we are to win the league. I honestly don’t care about the ucl since much better teams are in the competition but we have a real chance to win the scudetto so I want us to go all in the league.

you have to realize it was Miki’s cross to Dumfries and lead to Arna to the goal. Bastoni, Augusto, Acerbi, Chala, none of them can make a good cross today. For me Chala should be the first one to sub out and then Miki.
if Mhiki was not there we would score at least 3 more. he loses balls in bad places and lost his marker for their first. he’s still good but is best played as a second half sub. he Should not be starting anymore. Correa did more than what he did in 10min!

That first disallowed handball was total bs, Lautaro had no control of his body as he’s about to strike and timed the ball perfectly. And on the replay it look like he barely touched it but not to change the movement of the ball.

We are about to be in the quarter finals in ucl but we can’t beat MONZA AT HOME.
I learned this season that you should never take time off your day to watch inter, if you have nothing to do and you’re free then watch but don’t take time off because you’ll be disappointed most of the time.
This half was embarrassing and the problem always is how we play, very predictable and always side to side never taking shots outside the box always crossing in the ball. It’s very predictable and always 3-5-2 no matter what!!! Inzaghi been at inter for 4 years and only one the scudetto once, when we crashed early out the ucl. This year coaches like Sarri, spalletti, allegri, pioli and Mancini are not in the league (all top 4 managers) yet Inzaghi is struggling. He’s not a great coach just good.
First time ever I want Asllani sub for Chala. I dont know what happened to chala, but this is not the level he was before.
