It was a clear foul. And it gave Feyenoord a lifeline in the round of sixteen tie after Moder converted from the spot.

But then when Inter won a penalty of their own, Calhanoglu was the player who stepped up to take it.

And there was hardly a player who Inter would want to have take it more than Calhanoglu.

The 31-year-old easily slotted away his effort. That composure from the spot was enough to see Inter cruise to the quarterfinals with minimal fuss or drama.
