Inter Milan must make a decision on the future of veteran defenders Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij at the end of the season.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInterNews, both players will sit down with the club hierarchy to discuss this in the summer.
Despite being 37, Francesco Acerbi has been a cornerstone of Simone Inzaghi’s star-studded backline.
Indeed, the ex-Lazio center-back has been among the most consistent first-team stars these past few years.
However, he’s not getting any younger, forcing the club to make up its mind soon.

Yeah, thanks to both Acerbi and Darmian, but we need younger players. De Vrij is good or another year. Move Zalewski on right side, Augusto on left wing back. Go for Boscagli on left side for back three, and maybe Bijol instead of Acerbi.
Midfield- Instead of Mkhitaryan, Asllani and Frattesi,
Paz, Ricci and Sucic. As for attackers, all three substitutes out, and then maybe it is best if Pio Esposito be somewhere in Serie A first option in attack for a season to grow. Go for J. David instead and Castro/Lucca
