Reigning Serie A champions Inter Milan are keen to tie high-performing manager Simone Inzaghi down to a new deal.
Per Sky Sport Italia via FCInterNews, the parties will meet at the negotiating table at the end of the season.
More precisely, they’ll discuss an inevitable renewal after the FIFA Club World Cup.
Simone Inzaghi has been phenomenal in the dugout and deserves a new contract.
Therefore, the Italian heavyweights are eager to reward the 48-year-old for his outstanding work.
Inter Milan Eager to Renew Simone Inzaghi Contract – Two Scenarios

Inzaghi’s current deal runs out in 2026.
However, Beppe Marotta is reluctant to let Inzaghi start the new season before handing him a new contract.
As such, they’ll open extension talks in the summer.
Inter’s priority is to extend Inzaghi’s stay for at least one more with an option for a further season.
Ideally, the Nerazzurri would immediately tie the ex-Lazio boss to a deal until 2028.
Meanwhile, Inzaghi has never shown any desire to work anywhere else, suggesting the parties should find a swift agreement.
