Yann Sommer and Josep Martinez will remain leading goalkeeping options for Inter Milan in the 2025/26 season.
According to Corriere dello Sport via FCInter1908, the club will stick with the pair for the next campaign.
Despite his age, Yann Sommer remains Simone Inzaghi’s number-one choice between the sticks.
In all fairness, the veteran ace has deserved the trust for his remarkable form in the past year and a half.
Inter Milan to Stick with Yann Sommer & Josep Martinez as Goalkeeping Options in 2025/26

Sommer has been brilliant since joining the club from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023 to replace Andre Onana.
However, he’s 36, meaning Inter must think about the future and find a sustainable long-term replacement.
Josep Martinez arrived from Genoa last summer for a reported fee of €14 million but has barely had a chance to prove his quality.
Indeed, he has been Sommer’s understudy for most of the campaign.
But the Swiss star’s injury earlier this month allowed the Spaniard to showcase his potential.
And he lived up to the billing.
