After months of negotiations, AC Milan and Inter have presented their San Siro project to the Municipality of Milan.
Per La Repubblica via FCInterNews, the new stadium project ought to transform San Siro and create a modern venue.
Indeed, the clubs’ joint effort intends to build a 71,500-seat stadium with enhanced facilities and a massive economic impact.
Scheduled for 2031, Inter and Milan’s plan includes a fan zone and improved spectator safety.
However, that’s merely the beginning amid Oaktree Capital’s bid to give the Nerazzurri fans what they deserve.

The project includes two tiers inspired by the 1950s design.
Indeed, it should be a structure standing under 65 meters tall and featuring 10,000 more seats than the 2022 proposal.
Furthermore, an elevated podium will improve fan safety and offer potential outdoor event spaces.
On the east side of the new San Siro, there will be a fan store and a dedicated fan zone equipped with giant screens.
Meanwhile, deconstruction will reportedly include the complete removal of the roof, third-tier, and first-tier stands.
