Inter Milan head coach Simone Inzaghi won another flattering individual prize yesterday, lifting the ‘Golden Bench’ award.

Despite lagging behind Gian Piero Gasperini in the race, the 48-year-old eventually came out on top.

Indeed, Inter’s dominant run to a landmark 20th Serie A title last season trumped Atalanta’s maiden Europa League success.

Therefore, Simone Inzaghi won the award, leaving Gasperini behind.

Now, Inter took to X to praise their manager for winning another accolade.

“Congratulations to Mister Simone Inzaghi for the 2023/24 Golden Bench,” the caption read.
