The Italian Referees Association has appointed Daniele Chiffi as the main referee for Sunday’s Serie A clash between Inter Milan and Udinese.
As confirmed by Lega Calcio via FCInterNews, Chiffi will blow the first whistle at the San Siro this weekend.
Inter will be out to post a third consecutive win in Serie A after a crucial 2-0 victory at Atalanta last time out.
Indeed, Simone Inzaghi claimed their third triumph against La Dea this term to steer four points away from Napoli.
That win in Bergamo consolidated Inter’s bid to become the first Scudetto holders to defend the crown in five years.
However, there will be no margin for error against mid-table Udinese this weekend.
