Serie A leaders Inter Milan are on course to win their third Coppa Italia title in four seasons under Simone Inzaghi.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, it would significantly bolster the club’s bank accounts.

Simone Inzaghi won back-to-back Coppa Italia titles in his first two seasons in charge of the Nerazzurri.

In doing so, he took the club’s overall tally to nine.

Therefore, next would be a landmark occasion for Inter as they would become the second team to win 10+ titles.

Only Juventus have done so thus far, conquering the competition 15 times.

Inter eased past Udinese and Lazio via an identical 2-0 scoreline in the last two Coppa Italia rounds.

Those victories have poured around €1.25 million into the club’s bank accounts.

More importantly, the figure will only grow.

Indeed, they’ve already earned €1.7m for featuring in the semi-finals and could add another €2m for reaching the final.

Finally, lifting the crown would earn Inter around €4.6m for the win.
