Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has decided to start Carlos Augusto on the left wing against Bayern Munich. This evening’s Champions League quarter-final first leg clash kicks off at 21.00 CET.

thats my beautiful inter. loved every minute. the composure was notable specially in a.arena. Lautaro did amazing, barella is on his own league, the heel from thuram was gorgeous, just hope he regains his full fitness soon.

We did good in the first half , but looks to me we have a problem holding the lead, we try to control game or whatever and we concede goals. Best way to put it we stop playing and our defense has been shaky all season long and thats not a got combination. We need to keep possesion better , we lose it in our half way to often. In any case it has me concerned…

It is hard to keep possesion vs BM at their home. They are a big team, only small details decide such games.
it is not big team small team business. inter are a huge team!! unfortunately we have not had reinforcements, Inzaghi has made us competitive with scraps that he has been receiving over the last 3 years. credit needs to be given where it is deserved.
the problem is almost nobody appreciates the work he has done. can they fkin imagine, he’s been working with very small budgets, yet he has brought so many joy and moments to us. I never despise him even when Inter lost big.
Our main strength is defense. Inzaghi is paying more attention to the UCL than to the domestic competitions this season. He knows his next step towards greatness is the UCL.

A huge victory. We controlled Bayern at their home ground, practically the whole time. If it weren’t for Bisseck’s terrible start, and Inzagui’s terrible habit of retreating the team when they’re winning, we wouldn’t have even conceded a goal.

We proved to everyone we can either possesion play, hit counter, wing play, or gegenpress against the strongest teams in the world. We have everything. Problem is Inzaghi wants to close the game which he never knew nor will he ever learn. Incredible how he still doesnt see that if we play possesion ,counter or wings we will be dangerous and not concede like when we try to close the game.
i think Inzaghi consider the players… if we play like that entire match with the way Inter plays, no one will last the game.
