Marko Arnautovic is set to come into the starting eleven for Sunday’s Serie A clash between Bologna and Inter Milan.

Inter Milan travel to Emilia-Romagna to take on Bologna this weekend.

It will be a huge match at the top end of the Serie A table.

For Inter, any points dropped would be a bitter blow in the title race against Napoli. And for Bologna, on the other hand, recent months’ form has seen them push for another season in the Champions League.

The Nerazzurri will have to immediately shift their focus from the high of Wednesday’s Champions League triumph over Bayern Munich.

Inter face one of their toughest league matches left in the campaign.

According to the Gazzetta, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is ready to make changes to the lineup for Sunday’s match.

There are more big matches right around the corner. This is now the decisive period of the season for Inter across several competitions.

In midweek, Inter face AC Milan in a crucial Coppa Italia semifinal second leg.

Then next weekend it will be another big Serie A match against Roma. And following that, the absolutely massive Champions League semifinal tie against Barcelona.

Therefore, Inzaghi is thinking about managing the fitness of key players.

Accordingly, reports the Gazzetta, the Nerazzurri coach will rest one of Lautaro Martinez or Marcus Thuram against Bologna on Sunday.

That will give the chance to the in-form Marko Arnautovic to start.

Arnautovic is a former Rossoblu player. Therefore, he will have the chance to be decisive against his former club.
