Inter Milan are considering Santiago Castro, Nikola Krstovic, and Lorenzo Lucca as possible replacements for Mehdi Taremi.
This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, via FCInterNews. He reported on air that the Nerazzurri will sell Taremi, and likely replace him with a young striker from within Serie A.
According to Sky transfer expert Di Marzio, Taremi’s time at Inter has come to an end.
The former Porto striker squandered yet another opportunity to impress in yesterday’s disastrous Coppa Italia loss to AC Milan.
And Taremi will not get any more chances.
In fact, according to Di Marzio, even well before yesterday, Inter had more or less decided to sell Medhi Taremi this summer.
And the Sky transfer expert anticipates that Inter will follow a different strategy in replacing Taremi than when they signed him as an experienced player on a free transfer.
Di Marzio: Inter Keen On Castro, Krstovic & Lucca As Potential Taremi Replacements

According to Di Marzio, Inter will invest in a younger striker this summer.
However, he anticipates, the Nerazzurri want a player who can genuinely provide competition to Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram to start matches.
Therefore, Inter are targeting a player who has already proven themselves in Serie A.
And there are three particular names on Inter’s radar, Di Marzio reports.

Firstly, there is the widely-tipped name of Bologna striker Santiago Castro.
Then, Lecce centre-forward Nikola Krstovic is also a target for Inter off the back of his outstanding season.
And lastly, Di Marzio reports, Inter are also eyeing up Udinese striker Lorenzo Lucca.
Forget about castro..his price is too expensive, and we already have those type of player o lautaro..
we should move for krstovic, a warrior on a pitch..a typical number 9 we need..
Castro is the better option.
we need a good back up striker, not just a young striker.
we have already seen the result of not having the quality back in all departments.
