Tuesday could be the decisive day for Inter Milan and AC Milan in finally buying the land to replace the San Siro.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Il Giornale, via FCInterNews.

Inter Milan and AC Milan are still working to try and build a new stadium to replace the San Siro.

The two clubs are aiming to build a stadium adjacent to the existing stadium.

Moreover, the Nerazzurri and the Rossoneri are looking to buy the land. Currently, they are only renting the stadium from the city, which owns both the land and the structure itself.

Inter and Milan have been presenting a Services Conferences plan to the city.

This is outlining their project to build a new stadium.

If the city is to approve of the project, then the clubs can get moving on purchasing the land around the San Siro. That would be decisive for them to begin work on building a new stadium.

Il Giornale report that Tuesday will be the day that the clubs conclude their presentation.

Therefore, it could be a crucial step towards the clubs finally beginning work on a new stadium.
