According to Tuttosport, the main theme of this thesis was constant curiosity and hunger for new experience.

Chivu wrote about experiencing every day in management as “the day.”

Moreover, the newspaper notes, the 44-year-old emphasized the idea of boldness and never having fear of new ideas.

Therefore, Chivu is likely to take some risks as Inter coach. He will look to learn on the fly and have both himself and the team grow in response to new experiences.
