Fiorentina and Real Betis have joined the race to sign Inter Milan midfielder Kristjan Asllani this summer transfer window.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper La Repubblica, via FCInterNews. They report that Atalanta are relatively cool on the idea of a swap deal involving the Albanian and Ederson.
Kristjan Asllani has come to the end of his third season as an Inter Milan player.
And as with each of the last couple years, there is a strong sense that the former Empoli midfielder is at a crossroads.
Even after three years, Asllani is still not a first choice starter for Inter. Therefore, the Nerazzurri are listening to offers for him.
Fiorentina & Real Betis Enter The Race For Inter Midfielder Kristjan Asllani

According to La Repubblica, Inter have offered Kristjan Asllani to Atalanta. This would be as part of a player-plus-cash swap for Brazilian midfielder Ederson.
The Nerazzurri are keen to lower the €60 million asking price for the latter.
However, reports La Repubblica, new Atalanta coach Ivan Juric prefers a swoop for Torino midfielder Ivan Ilic.
However, the newspaper anticipates, there are other clubs with an interest in Asllani’s signature.
Firstly, Fiorentina still consider the Albanian a target.
Then, La Repubblica report, Real Betis are also keen on bringing Asllani to La Liga.
I see nothing special from this kid. I thought Inter bought him just because he scored against us, I can still remember his empoli goal. He might be have sometime good vision during a match but his speed, physicality, dribbling and shots are just average tbh.
I think he’ll find his best form in other teams. Like Coutinho (also Barbosa) did it atleast few seasons. We got some trust & support issues for youngsters.
If I think about little longer there plenty of players for sure.
