Alfredo Pedulla says we “can’t say for sure” Hakan Calhanoglu will stay at Inter Milan this summer after everything that’s happened.

It is now looking more and more likely that Hakan Calhanoglu will stay at Inter Milan.

Turkish giants Galatasaray have been preparing to try and sign the midfielder for weeks. That has hardly been a secret.

However, Galatasaray lack the necessary financial resources to move for Calhanoglu due to their efforts to sign Victor Osimhen on a permanent basis from Napoli.

Therefore, it now looks very improbable that Galatasaray will be able to agree a deal with Inter.

But SportItalia transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla isn’t so sure.

“You can’t say for sure he’s staying,” he said, meanwhile. “As if nothing has happened.”

“Suddenly, after he says he wants to leave at all costs, and has a public spat with Lautaro, he’s staying at Inter?”

Meanwhile, Pedulla anticipates that Fiorentina will sign striker Sebastiano Esposito from Inter. “If Fiorentina want to close a deal for Esposito, they can,” he said.

“Otherwise, Cagliari have made some moves with Inter.”

The Nerazzurri are “looking to bring in a cash windfall” from Esposito’s sale, Pedulla added.

Then, Pedulla stated that Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer is “unlikely to join Galatasaray.”
