The Nerazzurri made an offer worth €40 million. They offered Atalanta a loan containing a purchase obligation, which would be at that fee.
However, La Dea have rejected that first bid from Inter. They want a higher fee, with reports suggesting that they could hold out for €50 million.

Starting to look like clubs are just being dicks with us!! €40 for Lookman and €30 for Leoni is more than fair, so we can’t blame Oaktree for this…. If that’s how they want to be, fair enough, but we should be letting it be known that this won’t be forgotten…. The same should apply to Atalanta if they ever come after any of our players, and while we may be shit at selling players, clubs like Parma are often littered with players on loan from Inter… We should let Parma know that they are no longer an option for our players….
