Inter Milan manager Cristian Chivu already has a vision for Ademola Lookman, even though Atalanta have yet to green-light the move.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInter1908, the 44-year-old will likely alter the formation to accommodate the Nigerian.
Despite waiting for Atalanta’s go-ahead, Inter are already making plans for Ademola Lookman.
Indeed, the 27-year-old has agreed to join the Nerazzurri, with Inter offering €40 million for his services.

Lookman is good player, but wouldn’t it be better if we go for Gloukh from Salzburg (21 years old, probably the best player of Austrian league, plays as AM, can cover left wing also, and had statistics last 3 seasons g+a 8+10, 9+18, 12+8), we can get him for 20mil, and expect a huge resale value, something we can’t get for Lookman (who will cost us around 50mil and max 60-70 resale)
The kid you mentioned is actually a really good talent and could be something serious in the near future but I don’t think he’s on Inter’s radar, unfortunately. I don’t see why we can’t go for both
He’s already proven that he’s not 1 season wonder like many. Since we need probably 1 quality, younger player in each position of CB,CM and AM it’s better to go for Gloukh so we can spend 20-30 mil more on other positions.
He is a really good player with a possibly a great future ahead of him. But I don’t think he would ever play in Italy. First…he is Israeli, so many fans across the country would dislike him for such association, and Inter wants to expand the brand, he would cause more damage to the team’s image than any G+A he could provide. 2nd reason, too many players from the Austrian league don’t succeed in leagues such as Serie A (on big teams). We gotta expand scouting to other smaller European leagues, not just mostly buying from serie A and Argentina, cause there aren’t much good prospects in Italy (mainly players who are up to retirement). Sucic seems good choice, not that expensive (he’s already ours 3rd best player in mid after Barella and Hakan), for Bonny not sure, seems like he’s on the level of Esposito brothers, probably little bit worse, and Luis seemed like a good player in France, Chivu need to play him more offensive, he can’t be in rotation with Dumfries.

Kid already has 3 season as standard player with 21 years, one of the best prospects at his position in the world who we can afford. So in your opinion Croatian league is much stronger than Austrian, please shut up. We don’t have to wait for Sucic to grow up, he can already contend for starter place. Half the price of Lookman, and about 30% of Atalantas players are success when they leave. Who’s to say that Lookman would deffinitely pay out?
