According to ING Italia’s research via FCInterNews, the San Siro giants are the second-most supported club in Italy.
Indeed, the survey highlights a strong nationwide following for Inter Milan, especially in northern regions.
Despite this impressive fan base, Juventus maintain a slight edge in overall support across the country.
The record-time Serie A champions remain the benchmark for popularity in Italian football.

Per the research, two out of three Italians are football enthusiasts, with 56% identifying themselves as die-hard fans.
Juventus lead with 19% of Italians naming them as their favorite club, followed by Inter at 14%.
Meanwhile, Napoli and AC Milan share similar support levels, each with 11% of the fans total.
However, Napoli (67%) and Inter (65%) fans are among the most passionate.
On the other hand, Milan supporters appear a bit ‘cooler,’ with 45% describing themselves as avid fans.
