Inter Milan striker Sebastiano Esposito is set to join Cagliari on a five year deal.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They report that the deal will be worth €4 million plus a 40% sell-on fee.
Inter have always wanted to finally sell the 23-year-old this summer after a long series of loan moves.
A few comes have come forward with interest. But this week, it came down to two.
Cagliari seemingly made a decisive push in renewed talks. However, Parma then returned with their own offer, which was superior.

Cagliari and Parma have both appeared to have the advantage in the race for Esposito’s signature at various points this past week.
However, yesterday it is the Rossoblu who finally sealed the deal.
Therefore, the Gazzetta report, Esposito should become a Cagliari player officially within the next few days.
The newspaper anticipate that the Sardinian club will pay Inter a fee of €4 million. They will sign Esposito on a permanent basis right away and not on an initial loan.
Furthermore, Inter will receive 40% of future resale on Esposito as part of the deal, the Gazzetta report.

Out of players without club Tomiyasu and Brownhill can play as rotation players, Brownhill easily before Miki, Asllani and always injured Zielinski, and Tomiyasu as cheap replacement for older players who can cover more positions.

cm: Bentancur and Timber both would be in starting 3 as cm. Cost about the same for around 25mil. Step down from them as rotation players Garner(Everton- for around 15mil) and underrated Mandragora(8-10mil). Kid from Motherwell, Miller is already representative for his country and for 7-10 mil we need to go after him as future starter.
am: Spertsyan and Enciso both for around 20 mil would be solid. Considering Frattesi is always injured, but wasn’t given really a chance under Inzaghi on right position for him, we need someone there to contend for first team.
winger: both Hudson-odoi and Fabio Silva would cost us around 20 mil. They’re both better than many wingers who were rumored to come and cheaper.

I genuinely think you should apply for the scouting team so you can make your own legacy like in football manager games lol. this is inter, not c2 team or ajax who dare to sign youngsters or untapped potential players. there’s the urge to sign big names just for the business.
