Inter Milan could reportedly launch a last-gasp offer to sign out-of-favor Bayern Munich defender Kim Min-jae.
According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the Nerazzurri are considering a late swoop for the ex-Napoli star.
Kim Min-jae was part of Napoli’s Scudetto-winning squad in 2022/23 in his only season in Serie A.
However, it was enough to earn him a big-money transfer to Munich, where he has never found his feet.
Therefore, a return to an old stomping ground seems like a reasonable scenario.
Inter Milan Looking to Sign Bayern Munich Castaway Kim Min-jae

Low in the pecking order, the South Korean center-back could depart the Bundesliga after two years.
Although Bayern triggered Kim’s €50 million release clause to sign him in 2023, they cannot expect to recoup that figure.
Instead, the 28-year-old could leave for half that amount.
Given his proven track record in Serie A, Inter’s interest makes sense.
Yet, the Nerazzurri must sell Benjamin Pavard first.
Cristian Chivu’s side will reportedly entertain offers in the region of €20 million.
For 20 mill, it’s a good buy, he will fit in well in our system and has the experience, Bayern style of play will make any defender looks bad, they conceded against anybody in CL, either him or Oumar Solet, also since Lookman is out of reach day by day, should start looking at Matias Soule for 25-30mill as Roma needs to sell and unwilling to let go Kone, 22 years old Argentinian looks promising last season, we can wrap up this mercato with this 2 players for 50 mill, as for holding midfielder we can look sometime in January if anybody like Hakan or Zielenski make a move
This guy was so pivotal for Napoli but now it’s been a while and his quality might not be at same level. But if Inter get him at a reasonable price then he definitely will add to the defence. At this point tho getting anyone in defence would be a plus
Aw hell nah. I hope this ain’t true. He’s turning 29 this year and his performance has been average at Bayern. We are pretty much only doing Bayern a favor at this point.
at 20m or so, he would be a decent stop-gap.
we definitely need reinforcement as darmian and acerbi is likely to leave next summer.
