Serie A runners-up Inter Milan are desperate to add to their midfield options down the final stretch of the transfer window.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, they boast a substantial €90 million budget for a top-class midfielder.

Furthermore, Cristian Chivu’s charges have already drawn a six-player shortlist, featuring Manu Kone as the most notable name.

However, Roma are reluctant to sell the Frenchman, who enjoyed an impressive first season in Serie A last year.

Therefore, the San Siro giants have identified five more targets.
