Inter Milan are reportedly pushing to sign Lens midfielder Andy Diouf .

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset. They report that the Nerazzurri have settled on the 22-year-old as their big midfield reinforcement, and that he will cost around €25 million.

Inter Milan are reportedly looking to sign a midfielder before the end of the summer transfer window.

The Nerazzurri want a player who can give balance to the team. The aim is to sign a holding midfielder adept at winning and retaining possession of the ball.

Inter have looked at a number of targets for this role. Last week, they made an offer for Roma midfielder Manu Kone, but the Giallorossi rebuffed this bid.

According to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, Inter have made their decision as far as which midfielder to target.

The broadcaster report that the Nerazzurri are working to sign Lens midfielder Andy Diouf.

The French international joined Lens from Swiss club Basel in the summer of 2023.

As Mediaset note, Napoli have also shown an interest in signing Diouf this summer.

However, the broadcaster anticipate, Inter are now pushing to complete a deal. They valuation for Diouf is reportedly around €25 million.
