Inter Milan will reportedly sign a defender before the end of the transfer window, and could also bring in a forward.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.
Inter have made their major midfield signing. Yesterday they agreed a deal with Lens for midfielder Andy Diouf, who will undergo his medicals today.
Reportedly, the total value of that deal is around €25 million with add-ons.
Diouf becomes Inter’s fourth signing of the summer. He follows Petar Sucic, Luis Henrique, and Ange-Yoan Bonny.
However, according to Tuttosport, the Frenchman will not be the last player to arrive at Inter this summer.
Inter Milan To Sign A Defender – And Maybe A Forward

According to Tuttosport, Inter will make at least one more signing this summer.
The Nerazzurri are going to finally bring in a defender.
There have been reports of Inter trying to sign a player for their backline for weeks – months even. And in the meantime, they’ve missed out on targets like Giovanni Leoni and Koni De Winter.
According to Tuttosport, though, Inter are going to leave it late. They’ll try to sign a defender in the next week or so.
Then, the newspaper also does not rule out a possible arrival of a forward in the last few days of the transfer window.
I think we’ll sign a playing in defence for around 30, and then a striker on loan.
Not a bad idea. Get a solid young defender in and a striker to fill in the creativity gap we got
