Out-of-favour Inter Milan striker Mehdi Taremi could join Olympiacos, with the Greek giants joining PSV and Panathanaikos in pursuit.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
With deadline day looming, Inter have still not managed to find a new club for striker Mehdi Taremi.
The Iranian has looked set to leave Inter for much of the summer transfer window.
And multiple potential destinations have emerged.
Reportedly, Leeds United and Fulham have shown an interest in bringing Taremi to the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Ligue 1 side Lille have also come forward. As have Serie A new boys Sassuolo.
Botafogo and Flamengo had already tried to bring Taremi to Brazil. However, the 33-year-old has made clear that he prefers to stay in Europe.

In the last few days, the likes of PSV and Panathanaikos have also emerged as suitors for Taremi.
However, the Gazzetta dello Sport, these are not the only clubs keen to swoop in at the last minute and signing the former Porto striker before the transfer window ends.
The newspaper name another Greek club as being keen on Taremi’s signature.
The Gazzetta report that Olympiacos are also targeting the Iranian international.
