Inter Milan are unlikely to receive any big money offers for midfielder Davide Frattesi before deadline day despite the interest of Newcastle United.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, via FCInterNews.
This week, Newcastle United reportedly made a big move for Inter midfielder Davide Frattesi.
Reportedly, the 25-year-old is a target for the Premier League side to bolster their midfield in the final couple days of the transfer window.
Newcastle reportedly made Inter an offer to sign Frattesi on an initial loan deal. This would contain a purchase obligation, but one which is conditional and wouldn’t necessarily be triggered.
For their part, Inter do not want to accept such an offer for Frattesi. The Nerazzurri either want to sell the Italian international, or at least loan him with a clear obligation, or else keep him.

According to the Corriere della Sera, Inter aren’t expecting to make any more sales before the transfer window comes to an end.
The Nerazzurri don’t expect any offers for Frattesi, in particular.
Newcastle may have sounded the deal out. The Magpies have been thinking about one more big reinforcement in midfield before deadline day.
However, the Corriere della Sera, that has died down, and Frattesi will remain at Inter.
