Bayern Munich and Tottenham Hoptspur have not come close to Inter Milan’s offer for Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman.
Today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInter1908, report that Bayern’s offer is for a €5 million paid loan with a €28 million purchase option.
This summer, Ademola Lookman was at the centre of the soap opera of the transfer window.
Inter Milan had made an offer to Atalanta to sign the 27-year-old.
As the Gazzetta dello Sport note, the Nerazzurri’s initial bid was €40 million. Atalanta rejected this.
Then, Inter raised their offer to €45 million including add-ons. Then once again, La Dea turned this down.
Bayern & Spurs Nowhere Near Inter Offer For Atalanta Forward Lookman

Lookman did everything he could to try and force through a move to Inter.
The Nigerian international made a public transfer request. Then, he no-showed training for a couple weeks.
However, Atalanta’s stance remained firm. They did not want to sell Lookman, and would not even give Inter a counteroffer according to reports.
Therefore, the former Leicester City and Fulham player has remained an Atalanta player.
Now, on deadline day, there are some reports of last minute interest in Lookman.
Reportedly, Bayern Munich have made Atalanta an offer. They have put forward a €5 million paid loan deal, which would also have a €28 million purchase option.
However, this is far from even the first offer of €40 million that Inter had made.
Furthermore, the Gazzetta dello Sport report, Tottenham Hotspur have also sounded out a move. However, they would want a loan deal, while Atalanta are insistent on a permanent sale.
I wonder how Inter sold Zalewksi to this useless Atalanta side who are bunch of idiots!!! even the management of Inter is kind of annoying, their policy and decision making is harming the club.
if they refused to sell Lookman to us why we sold Zalewski to them.
Stupid Atalanta heads, They got an offer of 45m from us and got greedy. They thought if inter is willing to pay 45m foreign clubs would pay more. They are stupid. He has 1 year left and wants to leave he wasn’t even worth the 40m. Bayern is giving his actual worth when you have no leverage.
Such a stupid club,
why did you sell Zalewski to Atalanta you bunch of idiots
why not negotiating a deal with them for Lookman.
All management should be fired
Back 3 yesterday were simply HOPELESS
Martinet and Thuram already tired ?????????
what’s going on ?????????
you wait it won’t be long we will stand against Oaktree and the management.
everybody is making transfers on deadline day except us..
40 was too much for lookman there is a reason psg only offered 20 mil and bayern 28. hes a small club player and its Atalanta’s problem now they can kick rocks.
